What is a party with out decorations!?

You need them! They are the backdrop settings that help make the magic and create memories. Let us help you tailor something suited for your budget. We at Create Joy llc pride ourselves on budjet friendly events.  We can add al a’ carte items such as vending, popcorn, snowcone, cotton candy and bubble machines! We even have a bouncy house and newly acquired foam machine for summer time fun! You can build an event as you want it with just a few of our expertise décor items that mix with your own add ins or let us handle the entire project. We are flexible with what you would like to do. Outdoors, indoors, your home or rented space, we strive to achieve what you have in mind. Please see our FAQ sheet for exceptions and guidelines. Please feel free to ask questions about an event or party not represented in our list. Our at home parties start at $500. This is a full package of decor but you can swap elements of decor for entertainment/or add on if you like. Venue Parties/Events start at $650. This is a full package of décor plus guest table decorations {dependent on complexity} Entertainment can be swapped or added. Remember each party is custom tailored to fit your needs. No two events are alike. 

Parties

Home event package $500

This includes: Full backdrop, cake table or pedestals, props that match theme, lighted sign for birthdays/baby shower, balloons, mylar balloons, welcome sign/easel with balloons, either large inflatable number for birthdays or mosaic number, cake pedestal, gift/favor table set up or dessert table, lights if décor requires it, fabric table clothes for non-main meal tables. Lighted music blue tooth box. MANY items to chose from with full backdrop such as arches, pipe and drape, hoop circles, curtain variety and coverings. Please look at CreateJoy social media pages for updated events. New props arrive all of the time. Candy cart is also an option but requires a full additional hour for set up and replaces an item. The candy cart is a specialized prop and is NOT automatically apart of any package, it is negotiated. Please allow for 2 1/2 to 3-3 1/2 hours for set up and an hour to hour 1/2 for tear down depending on props used. Client keeps latex balloons. If you would like to lessen décor and add entertainment to this package that is also negotiated. Entertainment varies from removable tattoos, balloon dogs, craft, puppet show or games; all negotiable.

Venue package $650

This includes everything from above with additional table décor between 5-10 tables. The coverings are plastic with fabric squares and some sort of décor that sits in the middle of table. These can be elevated or sit low. I have several styles to choose from. If you only have 5-6 tables the décor is more elaborate than if you have 10 tables. Any additional guest tables that are needed is a nominal fee above 10 tables. Venue parties range from $650 to $1,000 depending on what client wants to add on. CreateJoy has many items that can be rented such as snowcone, popcorn, shaved ice machines etc. These are great for summer parties in parks. YES! We can run electricity in the summer for park parties. Please note before you book your party that ALL parties take time to set up and clean up. To give you the best experience we cannot decorate a venue party under two hours. It takes at least a full 1/2 to unload party van and bring all equipment in. Sometime a venue party has so many components to the set up that an assistant is required. Assistant rate is an additional $150.

Flexible package

This is unique for those situations that require flexibility with décor, NOT available on Saturday or Sunday due to high demand of those days. Are you willing to host your party/event mid week? Are you needing drop off decor that had no hardware props that I need to pick-up? Are you looking for a chandelier and tablespace décor instead of full backdrop? Are you within a 10 mile radius of my studio in Monroe? If so, please contact me and hopefully we can work out something that suits your budget needs. Everyone wants their events on weekends so my prices are firm on those days but I am willing to negotiate on a week day or for a different style of décor that can be dropped off during week.
